    May be another parent to the newborn or other support people attending the clinic with you. Please also name siblings who will be attending.







  • Please only share your partner’s email if you would like them to be on future communications. Filling this out implies consent for them to be included in communications regarding your care.
  • The daily fee for entry is sliding scale from $75 to $300. Please pay what you can afford and inform us in the provided space.
  • Please inform of your primary language if you are unable to receive reliable information in English. Please let us know if you have any special needs or need accommodations made for your circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate.

  • The clinic is open at defined hours, which may change weekly.

    Hours of the clinic may change with little to no notice.

    If you are planning to attend the clinic for a particular day or days, please text Esther on the main line with your anticipated arrival to confirm availability remains.

    The Lactation Station Community-Style clinic is located at Esther’s home office off High Street
    4547 San Carlos Ave, Oakland, CA 94601.

    Upon receipt of this Registration form, you will receive a confirmation email which includes directions to The Lactation Station, which is located in the studio behind the main house. Please do NOT come to the front door of the main house.
    If you require additional support to navigate getting into the studio, please bring a support person with you. If you do not have a support person, please let us know and we’ll make arrangements.
